Pitch, and construct overhang above door.

Demo exterior siding. Then take out or demo old door. Waterproof existing area for new slider. Install sliding glass door. Waterproof and re install exterior siding.

Replace floors included demo of old floors, takeoff for new material, and reinstall new flooring system.
