Provided outstanding customer service to the customers. On a daily basis i will cut meat for the counter,fill the chicken case,grind hamburger,order fresh meat and chicken, and help out where needed all while providing excellent customer service

Worked as a line employee that on any given day had to hang parts on the line,paint them,assemble them,or pack them for shiptment all while maintaing the quality the customer expected for the parts. Had to read blueprints for proper rotation on all parts for the filters all while having little to no supervision.

Was in charge of scheduling employees and making sure there was coverage to provide customer service. Had to order fresh meat,frozen and lunchmeat. Was in charge of doing monthly inventories where my gross profit was on average 25% while i was there all while maintaing a clean well stocked department

Wrote the daily production logs for the beef and pork cutting list. I was in charge of 3 olther cutters and i was the head cutter. had to put the load away and order product for a 130 thousand dollar a week meat department. Took over all management while the manager was off or on vacation
