Summary

Recent Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate committed to dynamic, integrative, and culturally attuned practice. I ground my work in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and will complete my Level 1 training in May 2026 while actively participating in Motivational Interviewing (MI) community practice groups with long-term aspirations to become a trainer in both modalities. Integrating Narrative Therapy tenets and informed by my personal mindfulness practice and spiritual inquiry, I guide clients to explore their inner ecology of “parts,” deconstruct dominant stories that inform the roles they play, and understand the cultural, familial, and societal influences shaping their experiences and burdens. I bring a reflective, theory-driven approach that supports clients in navigating suffering with less resistance and greater self-compassion, while fostering meaningful, sustainable change.
