Essentially I had reduced required daily staffing plan while still running my department efficiently, and increased the average pieces per hour process rate from 6,500 to 7,200 which increased the overall production for our entire operation during the year 2020.

  • Lead part time operations supervisor in 2016, 1st in belt stops, origin scan, damages % , missed packages, and overall pieces per trailer in volume. I was then transferred to a new dock operation that was struggling, to replicate the results in 2017.
