Oversee Booster Program Experience: Responsible for managing a culture of excellence that creates Raving Fans with school partners

Lead Market Operations - Responsible for directly leading the Booster Team within the designated market area

Recruiting - Responsible for executing the Team Strategy set by the General Manager through recruiting, interviewing, onboarding & training

Culture Cultivator - Cultivate an engaging, virtuous, and inclusive culture for all team members to flourish through team events, meetings, etc

Lead Pep Rally and Fun Run day experience, oversee team delegation, think through event details, and coordinate logistics. Creatively use resources and daily campus interactions to engage and inspire students. Communicate confidently and enthusiastically to positively engage parents, students, and faculty through public speaking and meetings.

Assists in the implementation of school year and summer programming for a designated middle school campus Actively supervises middle-school scholars and ensures a physically and emotionally safe environment is maintained. Carries out programming that engages youth in hands on interactive experiences designed to foster life skills, social development, leadership, career exploration, and character building.

Lead small groups of students in classes such as: Survival, Water ecology, Forest ecology, Low Ropes and Force in Motion Lead small groups of students in Camp activities like Archery, High Ropes, Hiking and Canoeing Hosted school groups and made sure their time at Camp was exceptional.

Makes assignments of small group counselors to camper groups based on counselor's skills and experience Makes schedules, announcement sheets, rosters, and permission slips for Camp weeks throughout summer Assists in planning and leading Staff Training Supervises resource staff which includes: Ropes Director, Waterfront Director and Art Specialist Contacts parents and informs them on low number camp groups, low number gender attendance and/or changes in their camps.

Schedules weekly activities for Day Camp staff to supervise throughout weeks of camp Communicates daily with parents on Day Camp activities and events Assigns and supervises Day Camp staff.

Set up and hosted a premier fitness event, the Boosterthon Fun Run. Presented value-based curriculum to students in schools daily Motivated students to raise funds for their school and engaged with teachers, parents, and administrators.

Provided 24-hour supervision for 6-10 campers in a small group setting Together with a co-counselor, planned and lead outdoor activities and daily small group Bible studies Worked with a variety of ages (grades 1-12) and a variety of themed and specialty programs.
