Summer camp focused on providing the best care to people with individual and specific needs that would others likely not be given the opportunity. I worked with a wide range of disabilities being trained on each one so I could adequately care for the person(s) in my care. Similarly helping younger kids develop social skills they would often not be able to in a classroom environment and giving them the opportunity to enjoy their summer in ways that they hadn’t before. Among other things working alongside co workers from around the world coming from countries such as China, Australia, UK, and Mexico to name a few.
