For the month I was here I picked up some very useful skills!

• I pulled & pushed tubes for heat exchangers.
• I tightened bolts of varied sized with a torque gun, and learned how to sequence them so its even.
• I learned how to operate a overhead crane to pick up materials.
• I learned how to grind metal so the pieces could be wielded together.
• I learned the in and outs of how to operate a forklift.

• While I worked for amazon I picked orders.
• I learned how to work in a consistent fast pace work environment.
• A lot of bending, reaching, and heavy lifting all day.
• It definitely made me a harder worker!

• Drill in the seats to the school buses.

David Collins has a small family owned business and hired me when he was by himself and was very busy. Once he got slow, he had to let me go since he couldn't afford labor.

WHAT WE WORKED ON

• This job that I got at a Temp agency let me work for a month and gave me a little more experience with most of the saws/tools in a carpentry shop.

• My role at Mazzios is insuring all pizzas, sandwiches, sides, etc. are completed quickly and correctly. I also make sure the store is clean. Earlier in the day is when most of the prep work is done.

• Cashier, bag food, deliver the food, and greet customers. Also keeping the store clean is a big role. Technically first job. Picking up some skills to use down the road! The job does challenge your patients, and ability to serve customers quickly and accurately.
