  • 2013 The Shops at Fremont this was a new build once we tore down the old car wash. It was a two unit building for Starbucks and Sprint. This job was for a developer of ours here in Columbus. $700,000

  • 2015 Goodwill Hamilton Rd new build in a Meijers parking lot. 17,186sqft 2,000,000
  • 2015-2016 Donato's and Ram Brewery this job was also a new build in the short north area of Columbus. It was a phased new unit due to the fact the old Donato's had to stay operational till the new building for them was complete that was phase one. Once finished with phase one we moved the employees in to their new building, then phase two started by removing the old Donato's to make room for the other two units one of which was a 2 story brew house restaurant. 12,447sqft $5,000,000
  • 2016 to 2022 NCH 3 million dollar renovation of four floors, this project is made up of multiple phases. But my time here I have over seen multiple projects these projects along with the project just mentioned I have managed over 5 million dollars in work here. Sometimes my duties and role have to change and assist in estimating the jobs that we get here.
  • 2022 to Present As a General Super I have over seen multiple projects totaling over 100 million dollars. Projects such as schools, health care public work, box stores and warehouses to name a few.
