Additional Roles and Responsibilities

  • (Community Captain) In addition to my primary job responsibilities, I also act as our in house "Community Captain". In this role, I work directly with local non-profit (501c3) organizations to coordinate volunteer projects that our associates can volunteer and give back to the local community. As part of this additional role, I collect information from the non-profit organization, and apply for direct grants to fund these volunteer projects. After approval of the grant, I organize a team of volunteers to complete projects such as constructing housing for homeless veterans, assisting local public schools with beautification projects, etc.
