Job duties here consist of over seeing all aspects of contractor operations from setting up job site to layout and excavation, welding and fabrication, coating, bolt up/torquing, backfilling, setting equipment on coordinates. And scheduling equipment, NDT, hydro testing and site safety control's. Also communicating with Frac when working on live sites (Brown Field). And ensuring that site is mechanically complete upon turnover to operations.

• Duties here consist of Welding Inspecting, Drawing up as-built's and weld mapping.

• Overseen welding activities and worked on as-builts on Bluebeam, Weld Mapping.

• Welding Inspector over Tie-In’s on 30” Pipeline, made sure welders stayed in perimeter of weld procedures(preheat, amps, volts and travel speed).

• Utility/Welding Inspector over 10” distribution line. Worked in a neighborhood where we had to have traffic control during the working hours. Watched over back fill, lowering in, welding, jeeping pipe, and made sure contractor was meeting gas company standards.

• Received and inspected pipe coming into the yard for anomalies prior to the job kicking off. Watched over Environmental crew installing ECD’s where needed crew also installed goal post and built road approaches. Moved Over to tie in crew watched over, digging, lowering in, jeeping, coating, welding. Back fill and worked with survey to make sure they had 5’ of cover and following Gas company standards.

• Had to dig up old 16” pipe had to cut out, remove and cut proper fittings to get the cover the gas Company required. Crew worked safely and was one of the leading production crews onsite.

• Where I over saw duel lay 12” lines going into and out of multiple refineries in Houston

• Contract welder in OKC.area welding and fabrication on drilling rigs for Nabors Drilling, Patterson UTI. Drilling, Unit Drilling and Frontier Drilling.
