Implemented hyper-growth expansion plan for the division from $1m to $6m revenue in 18 months. Promoted to lead financial print division responsible for 300 FTEs and mentoring/developing a 30 FTE management team, including standing up and leading the team for RR Donnelley who acquired OfficeTiger for $300m in 2006.
