Maintain communication with referral sources, serving as a liaison between Seafield staff and referring agencies. Develop trainings and educational opportunities to enhance outreach to professionals and the community. Coordinate and attend conferences, health-fairs, in-service trainings, and other venues promoting Seafield Services. Attend professional membership organizations regularly. Conduct didactic workshops to clients in Seafield inpatient facility. Assist with clinical support. Coordinate, facilitate and encourage Alumni participation for those who have completed their treatment.
Responsible for direct treatment to clients assigned to caseload that are struggling with substance use disorder. Duties include group counseling, individual counseling, family counseling, and didactic presentations, complete assessments, formulate treatment plans, maintain weekly referral progress reports, complete discharge plans, participate in weekly supervision, attend daily case conference meetings, and attend staff meetings. Follow Seafield's policy and procedure to ensure quality care along with upholding federal regulations regarding confidentiality of the client and their record.
