As a member of the Aircraft Structural Maintenance shop, I am responsible for maintaining the structural integrity and beautification of a fleet of 10 Boeing KC-135 Stratotankers, valued at $53 million per unit.

• Accurately documents all aircraft maintenance on required paper forms and Air Force G081 - LogTool software
• Researches aircraft status, location, inspection-cycles and maintenance history via G081 database
• Inspects interior/exterior of aircraft, assessing cracks, corrosion and other damage per AF Maintenance Instructions
• Utilizes machine, power and hand-tools to perform repairs/modifications as required per AF Technical Order guidance
• Selects gauges and types of sheet metal or non-metallic material to meet product specifications
• Monitors Hazardous Materials inventory to keep stock levels and databases updated, ordering primer, paint, sealant and other CPCs when necessary
• Performs duties in accordance with applicable standards, policies and Air Force Instructions to promote safe working environment

Entry-level internship evolved to Account Executive role mid-season after inheriting more than 50 season-ticket accounts. Monitoring customers' needs and sustaining relationships became primary goal. Additional duties included:

• Sold single-game and season-ticket packages via Point of Sale and over-the-phone via Archtics ticketing software
• Directed guests to seats and distributed information on upcoming special events as part of team's marketing strategy
• Resolved guest issues and escalated unresolved problems to management to promote good customer relations
• Communicated with team members and management regarding current information on promotions and related logistics
• Answered incoming phone calls and developed friendly rapport with customers while making recommendations and leading conversations to sales

50-85 hours of manual labor per week provided real-world experiences and a fast-paced environment, which were critical to building elite work-ethic. Primary task was to remove gravel ballast from flat roofs. Leadership roles included:

• Met with roofing customers and answered questions regarding job concerns and requests
• Managed supplies, parts and equipment by ordering new materials to refill low inventory when needed
• Maintained job sites to meet company and OSHA safety regulations
• Tracked progress and status of crews in multiple different locations
