• Education Service Provider Outreach: Acted as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the service delivery process. Identify and inform new businesses who qualify as educational providers for the State of Ohio about the After School Child Enrichment Program that allocates a $500 dollar per child stipend to low-income families that can be used towards tutoring, books, and educational software. Engender a commitment from these businesses to sign up for the ACE-Ohio program.
• Technical Lead: Reduced downtime and improved productivity by providing timely technical support to clients, addressing their concerns and solving problems quickly. Managed vendor relationships, resulting in streamlined communication, timely delivery of services, and cost savings.
• Program Support Assistant (Remote Surfside 214 Support) Provided technical and administrative support services to first responders, staff, volunteers, mutual aid, law enforcement to deploying incident management. Distributed informational materials and enrollment forms to potential program users.
