Accomplishments

  • Developed 70 different educational lectures/seminars/workshops and presented them in more than 100 educational seminars/advisories/workshops within and without the WAD territories
  • Successfully coordinated the training of 30 leadership trainers across the WAD territory in collaboration with the Global Leadership Institute of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists
  • Streamlined the WAD policies for the creation and management of schools at all levels
  • Organized 15 successful Division-wide leadership seminars that brought together a total of 1580 Church field officers, Pastors, and institutional leaders between 2022 and 2025
  • Organized a very successful Division-wide Faith & Science Conference that gathered 1601 participants for 10 days in 2023
  • Carried out over 50 educational advisories in 17 countries within the WAD territory
  • Drafted the WAD strategic framework for 2020-2025, coordinated its development, and supervised its implementation in the Unions from 2020 to 2022
  • Conducted research and presented results at various forums on the following themes:
  • 2016-2018: appraisal of WAD education policies and their impact on institutional health (presented at the WAD Executive committee year-end meeting, April 2028).
  • 2018-2019: Children's ministries leaders’ perceptions on the impact of home leadership on children's wholistic education (presented at the several forums including the WAD-wide children's ministries congress)
  • 2019-2020: Secondary school Students' perceptions on the impact of home ethos on their educational success (presented at educational advisories in WAD)
  • 2022-2023: Comparative study of ministerial performance and its impact on stewardship and membership retention in WAD (presented at several forums including the Union Presidents' council, 2023)
  • 2023-2024: Perceptions of Adventist teachers on the impact of working conditions in Adventist schools on their calling and commitment (Excerpts presented at several teachers' conventions/congresses in ECD and SID)
  • 2024-2025: Youth's perceptions on parents as role models for their children (shared with WAD youth department; yet to be presented in the public)
  • Provided training to institutions (AUA, AUC, AUWA, VVU) of higher learning on the creation and Implementation of Spiritual Master Plan
  • Guided higher educational institutions in WAD toward academic expansion through the introduction of more than 50 new academic programs, including cutting edge ones such as LLM & PhD Law, Engineering, MSc. One Health.
  • Provided several orientation sessions to Governing Councils, and new Administration teams in higher education within WAD.
  • Coached local churches through proposal writing for establishment of new school, adult literacy, and city centers of influence resulting in $450,000 grants from higher organization of the Church.
  • Guided Missions and Conferences toward the establishment of nearly 100 new schools between 2017 and 2024
  • Successfully coordinated over 20 higher-education accreditation visits in WAD, service as visiting-team secretary.

  • April 2025: Speaker at the Zambia-Zimbabwe Twin Teacher’s Convention where I made several presentations on campus industries and the etiquette of true Adventist educators
  • April 2025: Main speaker at the Teachers' Seminar at Adventist Hope Community Church in Kajiado County, within the Nairobi Metropolitan Region where I made several Presentations on how to manage homes and churches as schools.
  • December 2024: Speaker at the teachers’ convention of the East-Central Africa Division where I made presentations on educational policy and school management dynamics in Africa
  • July-August 2024: Evangelistic campaign in Rwanda resulting in 63 baptisms
  • December 2023: Speaker at the teachers’ convention of the Southern Africa and Indian Ocean Division where I made presentations on faith-integration in education (IFL, IFT, IFS).
