My duties included, but were not limited to, overseeing jobsites on new construction, meeting and coordinating subcontractors, keeping up with employees payroll.
Other duties included property management for leased property. This included 84 door doors. My duties ranged from rent collection, eviction notice serving, to minor repairs on the properties. Duties also included meeting potential clients to show them properties at their convenience.
Duties include, but were not limited to keeping up with maintenance documents for the campus, repairing smaller issues that may arise with plumbing, electrical, or mechanical. Being available to meet any subcontractor that may need to work on bigger jobs within the campus.
Starting as a contracted millwright to help build the plant initially, I was then later hired in the maintenance department. In that department, we were responsible for fixing any machinery that broke down. Working my way up to Maintenance Supervisor and Planner, I was in charge of creating work orders for machines needing fixed, and in charge of the crews that fixed them.
