• DevOps Test and Deploy System - Designed and built out CI/CD framework for the team, allowing rapid agile development, testing, and releasing of systems and services, build in Azure DevOps using PowerShell in some custom tasks.
• Multiple Systems - Designed full system solutions and deployed them in emergency situations, sometimes within hours of an issue appearing, leading to a rapid resolution.
• Onboarding to the Cloud - Moved critical instances and components of core infrastructure to the cloud (Azure).
• Metrics System - Enhanced tooling for metrics to better track proficiency across the multiple tiers of support, written using using C#, HTML, ASP.NET, jQuery, REST APIs, SQL, and PowerShell.
