OR Materials Management related to inventory, utilization of tissue and implant products, purchasing, consignments, cost reduction, billing & coding, and much more, as well as understanding the broad spectrum of supply chain as a whole. Ensure that all tissue products in stock are logged appropriately in the UDI tracking database and that all storage location temperatures are within manufacturer guidelines to protect the safety and integrity of all inventory. Work alongside the surgeon and other team members throughout a surgical procedure. Provide a sterile and organized environment for the safety of our patients.

Manage and coordinate Operating Room surgeries and staffing, as well as, assist team members where help is necessary for the most effective and efficient patient care. Communicate with physicians regarding needs for upcoming cases. Ensure cases are pulled appropriately and all items are in stock and available for surgeries.
