Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Job Analysis: Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements and organizational culture.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough resume reviews and initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with candidates and hiring teams, providing guidance on best practices and evaluation criteria.
Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms, ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and facilitating necessary training and paperwork.
Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality, to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
