• The objective of the project is to handle the information about the employees and their payroll details on an end-to-end basis and provide an environment to generate their pay slips.
• The project had numerous integrations to bring in new hires, swipe data, payroll interface, Customer Management and onsite Support, Requirement Engineering, solution Architecture, Developed Payroll JV reports based on the customer requirements, and Customized Reports for HR and Payroll modules.
• Implemented Core HR and Payroll Modules, Developed Business Rules for Payroll, Provided on-time support during Go-Live at Customer Place, Test Case development and data Modelling along with User testing.
• Have done Timesheet integration with Kronos to bring in swipe data into the system, Have done integration with LUCEO to bring in new hires into the system(recruitment module).
• We have other modules like training, grievances, and discipline.
• Have been in client’s site for 4 months (London) for Radisson hotels implementation.

HNZ - PHI (New Zealand), Techno Functional : (Jul 2020 - Mar 2022)

• The Objective of the project is to handle the information about the employees and their payroll details on an end-to-end basis and provide an environment to generate their pay slips,
• The project basically comprises of employees from 3 countries(NZ, Australia, Philippines), Had done the end-to-end implementation from off-shore (i.e.) developing payroll rules for 3 countries that are more specific to PHI customers.
• Had done all the front-end configurations for Leave, time, and payroll modules.
• Developed bank registerbased on the customer's requirement and, Had completed UAT with the customer at the client’s place.
• Have designed the timesheet screen which is more specific to PHI which is used to book in case of OT, to book allowances.
• Have conducted parallelrun with customers at the client’s place for payroll and validated the payroll output from the Ramco product comparing the output from their legacy system, Have verified statutory in the system.
