Schedules and runs quarterly suicide response and sexual assault response trainings for new staffers.
Oversees mentorship program for trainees who do not pass their evaluation, enabling them to receive extra guidance from experienced counselors.

Pacific Free Clinic offers free transitional healthcare to a low-income, immigrant patient demographic.
Trains & oversees the team of volunteers that connects patients to primary care physicians, social resources, specialty services, insurance, etc. in the greater Bay Area.
Consults patients to ensure referral needs are met and delineate steps to access the referred services.
Completes pre-clinical shifts: conducting the patient interview, writing clinical notes in EPIC, and presenting to the MD to aid treatment planning.
Organizes fellowship dinners/activities for 20+ members every Friday.

Studied literature on the neuropharmacology of psychedelics. Was one of the lab's only undergraduates ever selected to lead a journal club discussion.
Drafted a review paper titled “Reconciling Conflicting Molecular Mechanisms of Psychedelic-Induced Neuroplasticity” where I proposed a mechanism underlying the antidepressant effects of psychedelics. Presented an accompanying poster at my program's end-of-term symposium.
