- #1-swim-I love h20. It's good for so many things. But when you're in it, a whole different refreshing experience is given to our poor bodies that luge us around all day. Firsunderwaterer stretch then, hold your breath for the length of the pool, then free swim.
- #2-yoga 15yrs , hated it at start, I figure my balance & kept falling, now it's so calming.
- #3 I wanted fashiodesignng. Started sewing @ 10yrs. old by my grandmother. Then took classes. Then decided that being near pools wasn't feeling too good. (smile)
