· Performs under the supervision of the Medical Control Physician either by continuous radio contact or direct consultation.

· Initiate and maintain IV fluids, continuous drips, and blood products. Procedures to include RSI and modified RSI intubation, surgical or needle cricothyrotomy, needle decompression, and IO placement.
