I work in all the areas, which include rehabilitation, memory care, long-term care, and assisted living care.

• Assisted with activities of daily living (ADLs) for 30+ elderly patients
• Developed effective communication skills by interacting with patients, families, and staff
• Completed activities of daily living for patients unable to self-care, and assisted those with limited mobility in completing tasks.
• Gained proficiency in maintaining patient hygiene and bodily care
• Demonstrated empathy and respect for patients with diverse needs
• Assisted in daily living activities for patients, promoting independence and dignity throughout the caregiving process.
• Established relationships based on trust with patients by actively listening to their concerns or fears regarding their treatment plan.
• Maintained a clean and organized work area within the facility that adhered to all health and safety regulations set forth by state guidelines.
• Monitored vital signs and reported any abnormalities to nursing staff promptly, contributing to optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborated with nursing staff to create individualized care plans tailored to each patient''s needs.
