Responsible for rerouting and repacking packages to be delivered to the customer, removing and damaging out packages that are unsalvageable. Cleaning up the pick to buffer racks as team member are picking , as a Problem Solver. While sorting and stowing responsible for scanning and stowing packages to the designated bag to be delivered to customer. During inducting responsible for scanning packages at a fast pace  to give them a stow location. While on the ramp with the delivery drivers , responsibility to escort the drivers down the ramp  safely  to their van. In Hazmat responsible for damaging out unsalvageable packages that cannot be delivered to customers which is then disposed into bins that will be picked up.
