• Engineering Process Project, Impacts of Engineering, UW-Stout, Menomonie, WI, 09/20, 12/20, Worked in a team of four to research and brainstorm solutions to help end the spread of COVID-19., Designed a prototype of a door handle sanitizer that sprays the antibacterial solution onto the handle after use., Developed a system using 12VDC power to run both an Arduino unit, a pump, and a motion detector., Tested prototype, noted issues with quality, refined, and reworked components to design an improved prototype., Presented prototype in front of the class, as well as answered in-depth questions from the professor about the apparatus., Created documentation of project details, and diagrams, along with potential product improvements.
