• I began this work in public school working as a classroom para in a sixth grade math classroom. I work with the teacher on supporting student struggling with concepts, pulling small groups for more individual instruction, along with supporting the teacher as best I can with grading, behavior issues, and overall classroom management.
• Assisted teachers in classroom management and instructional activities.
• Implemented individualized education plans (IEPs) to enhance student engagement.
• Supported students with special needs, fostering inclusive learning environments.

• For this position I worked as the specialist teacher for computer technology and safety. I developed this curriculum solely on my own, and was able to develop key skills of assessing standards, and applying it to my practice.
• I worked with each of the multi-grade classrooms offering math instruction and support to teachers. I have my own small classroom, develop and teach various lessons of different grade levels, and have received very helpful knowledge about grading work, offering support, report cards, etc.
