At Jumpin', I would often be the first person that people would see when entering our facility. It was my responsibility to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for customers and their children. I would handle any questions, comments, or concerns that customers would have, and would make sure new customers would have all of the information that they would need. When a customer had a complaint or request, I would help them with that in a quick manner. There were a few occasions where I had to compromise with a customer due to conflict. I would handle the customer's complaints in a respectful manner. I would actively listen to customers with a smile. As a cashier, I would handle cash, card, and check transactions to complete customer purchases. At the end of my shifts, I would sometimes ensure all of the money from the work day was counted correctly, and I would contact my boss if there were any issues or miscounts. I would also stock supplies when required.
