I am writing to show my interest in the remote customer success analyst position at Viz.ai. Having extensive experience in positions where customer service is the forefront, I am confident that I will be a valuable addition to the customer success team at your company.


I am currently working as a full time remote customer success analyst at Duck Creek Technologies and combined with my past job experience and college education I believe that I would be an excellent addition into the Viz.ai family for a few reasons. I understand that being able to work in a team is a huge part of what makes Viz.ai so successful. With this being said, working in teams and learning fast are two areas in which I excel. I am also very detail oriented and naturally have a tech savvy mind being into tech my whole life. Along with this, I am highly skilled in using various customer service tools and software, and I'm very confident in my ability to adapt to new systems and processes. 


What excites me most about the opportunity to work for this company, is the chance to work remotely. As someone who values flexibility and collaboration with others, working remotely suits my work style best and allows me to increase my productivity while maintaining a healthy work life balance.   • Winner of the 2022 Duck Creek Technologies Intern Moonshot idea presentation.
  • As an intern I successfully stepped up when my manager was on leave and played a major roll in the implementation of our current customer success management software, Churn Zero. I now serve as an SME.
  • Successfully implemented an automated data auditing strategy through Churn Zero that ensures customer data is always up to date.
  • Collaborated with CSMs to hold a CSM training session on our customer success software. It is now being used to onboard new CSMs.
