Hard worker and a results-oriented professional with some experience in emergency response and providing quality assurance. Excelled in roles requiring quick learning, effective team leadership, and communication with others. Proven skills in strategic firefighting, hose testing, and fabrication, that ensure top level outcomes. Skills that are relevant in the fire service such as welding, some mechanic knowledge, knowing the ins and outs of fire hose, and emergency medical assistance. All of this leads to being able to demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement and team success.

An accomplishment that I am proud of and that I think can give me a slight edge is that I was promoted to Student Captain at Chemeketa Community College in the fire suppression program. This means that I am in charge of a crew of 8 people including me, making sure that we are where we need to be when we need to be there, being the Captain on any calls that we get, and many other things. With this accomplishment I have been given the privilege of learning how to manage people better than I knew how to before, how to communicate with my superiors and even dispatch and command when we get mutual aid calls.
