  • When I started at multi-craft contractors I had no fabrication or welding experience. I came in as a laborer and learned all of those skills on lunch, downtime or on the job. As a laborer I helped all the respective disciplines at the fabrication shop. I helped haul material, floor grind, drove a forklift, sandblasted, caulked platforms, cleaned work areas. It was a great learning experience and helped develop me into who I am today.
