• Nursing educator: serve as a primary trainer to the nursing department to make sure documentation is accurate, timely, and thorough

• Provide nursing leadership and compassionate patient care in a long term and rehabilitative setting in 273 bed facility
• Perform administrative duties such as admissions and discharges
• Perform responsible supervisory and professional work in directing and coordinating two units: a dementia unit of 48 beds and a long-term unit of 34 beds
• Responsible for ensuring that care delivery is consistent with mission, vision, values and policies of the facility and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirement

• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' condition

• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions
