• Physical assessment review of of a health plan member’s health status.
• Monitor quality clinical practice and patient care service delivery by assessing patient status, identifying unstable medical conditions and taking appropriate actions
• Motivate staff in delivering effective and high-quality patient care
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
• Assess patient's status, analyze, and interpret information for intervention
• Ensure accuracy of all sections of Multiple Data Set (MDS) coding to maximize company reimbursement. 8 - 10 MDS completed per day
