We are a husband-and-wife team named Michael and Gina who are pursuing a family-owned business to create a better future for our children and ourselves. We are in the very beginning stages of our dream, so we are currently picking up side gigs to help build our portfolio.

Michael is the professional cleaner who excels at what he loves! He has been in the cleaning industry for over 5 years, and has learned many valuable things along the way. He has experience in commercial and residential cleaning, public schools, and hotels. He is currently employed by The Cleaning Authority as a Professional Residential Cleaner. Within 6 months of employment, he was promoted to a Team Lead position. He is responsible for looking over jobs and client requests, assuring his team fulfills every request efficiently, and ensuring quality control. Within 9 months of employment, he was promoted again to Trainer. On top of his Team Lead responsibilities, he also takes on new hires and trains them up to be adept, competent, detail-oriented employees.

Gina is the supportive wife who is helping her husband create his dream of owning a cleaning business. Although she does have some housekeeping experience, she has learned a lot from Michael! He has helped train her at home with his vast experience so she could get on board and help him achieve his dream of having a family-owned business. Gina has managerial and administrative experience. She was an Assistant Store Manager for Payless ShoeSource from 2010-2012, and a hospitality supervisor from 2021-2025. She has held administrative positions along with her managerial experience, and has well over 15 years of customer service experience. Gina is currently getting ready to go back to college to get her associate's and bachelor's degree(s) in accounting so she can start her own freelancing business, helping people and companies with their bookkeeping and taxes, with the family-owned business being her first client!
