
10 years kitchen experience and ServSafe certified. I held 2 head chef positions, but I feel more comfortable as a line cook or sous. I've met alot of great people over the years who have had lots to teach, and I hope to learn more. ServSafe certified.
Due to Hurricane Helene, the Young Adult campus was closed and I was let go along with others.
Consistent 12-15 hour shifts with no break burnt me out on working in this kitchen. However, I appreciated my time here and learned more during this time than my 6 years in Athens.
