Kahley Gulledge

As Director of Little Legends, I am responsible for overseeing the operation, development, and growth of the youth soccer, basketball, baseball and Volleyball programs at the Legacy Center. Participants range in age from 18months to 9 years old.

Some of the key responsibilities of this position may include:

• Developing and implementing overall strategic plans for the program, including short and long-term goals, policies and procedures, and budget management.
• Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating coaches and assistant coaches.
• Creating and managing year- round program schedules.
• Monitored program performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Communicated regularly with stakeholders, updating on progress to build support for program.
• Worked well in a team setting, providing support and guidance.

As a Program Coordinator for the Lil Kickers Soccer program, my responsibilities included:

• Recruiting and training coaches.
• Planning and implementing the
  soccer program's schedule.
• Coordinating with coaches to ensure
  they have the necessary resources and support to run effective classes.
• Communicating with players,
  coaches, and parents about program
  updates and changes, including
  schedule changes, weather
  cancellations, and other important
  information.
• Ensuring that all program
  participants adhere to program
  policies and procedures.
• Monitoring program performance
  and making recommendations for
  improvements to the Program Director.
