The Core HR Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization’s human resources data and systems, with a focus on the core HR functions such as employee data management, position control, compliance reporting, and HR process improvement. This role ensures data accuracy, supports HR technology initiatives, and serves as a key resource for HR metrics and reporting.

• Maintain and manage employee data in HR systems
• Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
• Support HR system upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.
• Generate reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards.
• Partner with payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and other HR functions to ensure data consistency across systems.
• Document and optimize HR processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues and provide user support and training.
• Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational data requirements.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and organizational structure updates.

• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of software and hardware issues across various platforms and devices.
• Order, deliver and deploy IT equipment to users, ensuring proper setup and configuration.
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate log of all IT assets in the company’s equipment database.
• Provide real-time technical support during high-priority executive meetings, including resolving audio/visual or connectivity issues.
• Assist in the planning, setup, and operation of technical resources required for virtual and in-person meetings.
• Upgrade systems, software and devices as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to user workflows.
• Decommission outdated or broken hardware in accordance with company policies and security protocols.
• Coordinate with other IT team members to support ongoing projects and ensure operational efficiency.

• Installed, configured, and repaired operating systems, software applications, PC hardware, and peripheral devices.
