• Grew internal lab services by adding more complex and specialized testing, resulting in an increase in annual volume from 500K to 6.5M, contributing to $60M in EBITDA, significantly enhancing the total value of the in-house laboratory.
• Led the build-out of a Molecular Genetics Department for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) testing of solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, and liquid biopsy, generating an added value of $2.6M EBITDA in Year 1 while focusing on operational efficiency and quality assurance.
