As event manager I am responsible for packing and loading the equipment for the event, setting up at location, and breaking down and unloading after the event. I am also main contact with the client and the venue. And manage a large catering team for the event. I also bartend for this company as well.
This was a very busy fine dining restaurant. I was a server and bartender at this establishment. I performed opening and closing duties, preparing cash drawers and took inventory. I had very in depth training on the specialized cocktail menu and contributed to make the guests drinking experience the best it could be.
