Summary

While most recently at Dee's Family Restaurant, I developed a new relationship to working and my community. The fast-paced and engaging environment helped me to excell in maintaining customer satisfaction and streamlining service operations. I practiced exceptional time management ensuring the day kept moving and worked to expand my relationship management skills. I fostered positive interactions with coworkers and customers, alike. I efficiently managed orders both in person and over the phone. Within reason, I did my best to prioritize customers requests to aide in them having the most pleasant service and experience while dining. I enjoy taking a proactive approach and building a strong work ethic in whatever environment that may be. This has nurtured my ability to thrive in team settings and my commitment to excellence in customer service. Working in such an an environment I saw I am a quick learner, I am comfortable in asking for help and found I enjoy taking on a new challenge.

From June 2024 to present, I have been unemployed due to requiring a major corrective surgery. My surgery prep began in July of 2024, and required I left my job at the time. This surgery successfully took place in September of 2024. I am far into my rehabilitation and strong enough to complete the tasks any job would require. I left my job lovingly, cordially and due to necessity. I am eager and excited to re-enter the work force given my new and improved physical health and condition.

  • Lorna Monson Memorial Arts Award - This award highlights my outstanding expression through the arts in the realm of Music and Dance.
  • Member of the Calvary Baptist Church Mass Choir/ Joshua's Generation Young Adult Choir.
  • Participated as a Student Government representative aiming to increase morale, and enjoyment of students while attending an All-Girls Boarding school.
  • At this All-Girls Boarding school I held a peer leadership position labeled Peer Manager. It was a responsibility of mine to ensure that cleanliness was maintained in group spaces, that there was pleasant and team focused cooperation amongst peers, and that participation in all community activities and spaces were respectful kind and productive.
  • While living at the All-Girls Boarding school, I was recognized for my outstanding efforts in promoting positivity on campus. It was noticed by teachers and administrators that I shut down negativity and bullying when It happened. An award ceremony was held. I believe cooperation and kindness are vital in any shared environment
  • Awarded First Place in the 2019 Utah State Debate Championships for Superior performance in the Informative Oratory sector.

Affiliations

I believe it's important to budget your time to do the things in life that bring you joy. I have recently become re-involved in my love of music. I have accomplished this through attending educational courses and open studio sessions weekly, and as I'm able. I also value moving my body. Long term health and fitness are things I try to prioritize. I enjoy dancing, skiing, skateboarding and yoga. I love animals. My dogs are my best friends!! I love showing up to different events around my community and try to get out as much as I can !
