When employed at Target, I was responsible for helping guest find their everyday essentials. I Contributed to team success by completing jobs quickly and accurately. I also Kept work areas clean, organized and safe to promote efficiency and team safety. To add on, I was very flexible when it came to working different stations to provide optimal coverage and meet production goals. Everyday If not every other day, customers came back looking for me at Target, they knew that they were going to be satisfied with their purchases and overall shopping experience. I made customers feel at home with my soft-spoken tone and gentle approach. I live by one of many golden rules and that is to treat people how you'd want to be treated. Extend grace and keep a smile on your face. For this, my coworkers loved having me on their team and working with me.

Working in a fast-paced restaurant taught me to stay composed under pressure, managing large parties and unexpected events with ease. I handled customer inquiries about hours, seating, and menus, took reservations, processed to-go orders, and provided accurate wait times. Greeting and seating guests promptly allowed me to create positive first impressions, while supporting the team ensured the dining area was always ready. These experiences strengthened my problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

I loved creating a welcoming environment by greeting customers with enthusiasm and helping them find what they needed. It was important to me to make every interaction positive and ensure customers felt valued. I was always ready to adjust my schedule or pick up extra shifts to support the team and keep things running smoothly. Accuracy was a top priority when handling transactions at the register and balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift. I especially enjoyed building strong connections with customers to encourage them to return, and I took pride in resolving any issues professionally to leave a lasting, positive impression.
