I also Kept work areas clean, organized and safe to promote efficiency and team safety. To add on, I was very flexible when it came to working different stations to provide optimal coverage and meet production goals. Everyday If not every other day, customers came back looking for me at Target, they knew that they were going to be satisfied with their purchases and overall shopping experience. I made customers feel at home with my soft-spoken tone and gentle approach. I live by one of many golden rules and that is to treat people how you'd want to be treated. Extend grace and keep a smile on your face. For this, my coworkers loved having me on their team and working with me.
