10 week leadership internship: Engaged in a dynamic and immersive internship experience as part of Walmart's College to career program. Collaborated with industry professionals in multiple departments of the store to gain hands-on experience in leadership and the overall business that Walmart runs. I was developed through targeted training and suggested improvements to team members to enhance workflow and standards, mentorship, and participation in their Walmart Academy and management meetings. This internship provided invaluable insights into how a business runs and what a great leader looks and acts like and strengthened my readiness for future professional endeavors.
