An empathetic care worker with sensitive and compassionate approach to trusting, stimulating varied lifestyle for clients. Gives the chance to enhance care with flexible learning opportunities for clients. As a worker I provide guidance to help encourage clients with disabilities for physical and emotional support. As a driver it is my duty to pick clients up and help them on the bus. Take them from point A to point B in a timely manner. After my route my job description then is to provide care to clients in the facility with cleaning, exercises, showering, changing clients, feeding, and playing fun educational games. Clients arrive have breakfast, free time before morning activity, then have lunch, after lunch clients do an afternoon activity with their peers along with socializing from the help of the program assistants. At the end of the day clients go home on the bus or get picked up by family. After clients have left the facility; program assistants chart on their primaries. Overall as a driver/program assistant I pick clients up in the mornings and then provide daily living activities for the day.
