As a Recreational Assistant at the Kaneohe Marine Base Marina, I assisted patrons with renting boats and other watercraft while providing excellent customer service. I conducted required safety briefings to ensure customers understood boating rules, equipment use, and water safety procedures. My responsibilities also included fueling boats, catching and releasing boats at the docks, and maintaining smooth marina operations. Throughout my role, I focused on creating a safe, welcoming, and organized experience for all individuals using the marina.
