Kainoa Piceno

Since the age of nine I have worked for our family business- Montrose Water Company located in Montrose Colorado. During those eleven years I have learned to have a strong work ethic and the value of teamwork. In 2020 I began working full-time while attending high school. I currently have two jobs and average approximately 80 hours a week. My main occupation is water distribution where I operate the forklift and drive CDL class trucks. My second occupation is as a ranch hand. I am a well experienced heavy equipment operator on several different machines and I can also weld. I have a working knowledge of the mechanics of machinery, equipment and vehicles. I am able to lift more than 150 pounds.

I was a three sport athlete in junior high and high school. I played football, I wrestled and I played baseball. I graduated in 2023.

I am eager and have a willingness to learn a new trade and start a new career. I believe I will be a valuable asset to your company. I bring with me eleven years worth of experience and knowledge and I will apply what I have as I continue to learn and grow.
