• Maintains regular communications with Security Professionals, resolving issues regarding pay, morale or complaints
• Manages overtime by effective scheduling and making timely, qualified hiring decisions
• Creates, modifies and manages post schedules in Winteam to ensure adequate coverage at all times
• Conducts disciplinary and counseling sessions with Security Professionals as needed in a proactive and professional manner
• Maintains regular proactive contact with Security Professionals to ensure all staff is being effectively utilized, properly trained, and ready for placement as needed
• Ensures a smooth running operation by enforcing post specific policies and procedures through proper communication and training
• Maintains a well-organized, clean and effective working area, and ensure all daily, weekly and bi-weekly deadlines are consistently met
• Prepares and runs all required reports as directed by managers, reviews such reports in a timely manner with management team, and takes appropriate action as necessary to address any report discrepancies or operational issues

• Model ADC LTD NM’s core values, policies and procedures and ensure that the same are supported at all times.
• Conduct regular review and analysis of case queue to identify due date lapses and investigative deficiencies that require troubleshooting.
• Consolidate and analyze information from multiple documents, Reports of Investigation (ROIs), and attachments to determine if all customer requirements have been met.
• Work with investigators, ADC LTD NM personnel and management to resolve issues.
• Submit investigations through the PSID closed case transmission process without error.

• Develop and maintain professional, courteous, and cooperative working relationships with all ADC LTD NM employees and contractors.

• This role is responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with local customer leadership
• Builds in-person relationships with the base managers of assigned locations
• Understands the customers' needs and can communicate effectively through face-to-face conversations, phone calls, and emails
• Attends local events to grow the FoxTrot brand
• Assist with audits of jobs, worksites, and personnel to ensure that client expectations are met
• The RM has the confidence to handle complex customer & employee issues in the PM's absence
• Success Metric is +25% revenue growth per year, 4 composite audit scores for all locations, and Zero safety incidents
• This role is responsible for the oversight financial performance of locations
• Trains Operations Managers in the basics of cost control and sales
• Educates the Operations managers on FoxTrot's revenue-driven bonus structured
• Expense tracking and receipt submission through FoxTrot tools and software
• Success Metric is +35% free cash flow across locations, P & L management, and revenue targets met consistently
• Oversees 43 client accoints
• 5000 hours of client management every month

• Investigate animal cruelty cases, Educate the public on proper companion animal care as well as educating the public on wildlife
• Pick up any stray, unwanted, abused or injured animals
• We are trained in defensive tactics, firearms safety and constant retraining in the field and off so that we are able to keep ourselves, the animals and the citizens safe
• Situational awareness is key for us
• We have to have attention to detail in absolutely everything we do
• Also we do a lot of computer based incident reports and power points
• Write ups etc

• Taking care of the animals in the shelter, and keeping them safe
