Summary

With 3 children now in full time school in District 81 I have been working through what types of jobs or volunteer areas that I would be passionate about. In the last few months I have started the application process to get back into school for Social Work or Early Childhood Education. But taking an honest look how pursuing high education would impact my children and family has led me to take an honest look at the things I am passionate about spending my time doing. I am passionate about providing a stable structure for my kids: being available to them as the years go on. I am passionate about children and I have not found that more evident then when I have been able to volunteer at Mullan Road (and my children preschools) over the last 6 years. I have left each day working at Mullan feel fulfilled but also with so much joy knowing that I am working with teachers, students as well as the front office.I really enjoy working toward the greater goal of elementary school being a good, supported, solid and safe experience for staff and students alike.

  • At my time of employment I was brought onto staff at Stone Church to assist in the transition of a long term pastor to the two that would be tasked with taking on his role. Weekly our student ministry ran an average of 500 youth which I was the sole administrator for.
  • As an administrative assistant I was tasked with coordinating and training 25+ volunteers weekly, bi yearly editing and production a 500+ recipient bulk mailer, booking, budgeting and coordinating twice yearly camps (one out of state and one out of the country) for 300+ students as well as budgeting for large events
