Detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience at Timberline Manufacturing, excelling in wire harness production and Class 3 soldering. Proven ability to foster an inclusive environment and enhance team efficiency through strong people skills. Quick learner dedicated to quality over speed. It is important to me that the work I put forth meets the same standards every time so the customers I am building for are receiving products that not only look good, but also work flawlessly. I am seeking a workplace that allows me to grow even further, both personally and professionally.
On a day to day basis I primarily am tasked with installing contacts on wires of various gauges. I also work in the cut/strip and sonic weld departments from time to time. I float from department to department helping out where my help is most needed. I have plenty of experience with basic assembly of wire harnesses. Part of my duties also include soldering. This includes through-hole soldering, surface-mount soldering and everything else covered in IPC guidelines. I am J-STD and IPC-620 Certified as of now.
My duties while working as a teachers assistant to special education students were:
- Taught them how to work in a professional environment.
- Assist the teacher with her presentations to the students.
- Helped students with issues at home cope with their individual problems and worked with them and their parents to make the home more suitable to their individual needs.
- Helped direct students with problems at home to the proper channels to get basic items such as clothing, toothpaste, and other hygiene essentials that weren't being provided in their residence.
My duties at this job were pretty standard m tasks. Such as:
- I would ask customers in search of fragrances questions to help them decide on perfumes or colognes that they were looking to purchase.
- Increased sales revenue by effectively upselling and cross-selling beauty items based on client needs.
- Processing payments and entering sales into the register.
