• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, advanced care providers, nursing leadership, and hospital administration to support clinical operations and departmental workflow initiatives.
• Participate in the coordination and maintenance of advanced certified clinical programs, inclusive of elective arthroplasty and spine programs.
• Assist with implementation and updates of departmental workflows and clinical protocols in collaboration with multidisciplinary leadership teams to ensure quality outcomes and best practice.
• Serve as a clinical resource and support team collaboration within a high-volume orthopedic surgery department.
• Contribute to provider communication, patient flow coordination, and interdisciplinary care planning across inpatient and outpatient orthopedic services.
• Mentor physician assistants, physician assistant students, and pre-physician assistant students through clinical teaching, onboarding support, and professional development guidance.
