Held multiple positions while with the company, was hired as an Associate and promoted to shift manager within 6 months. Company reworked the management system in 2021 and I became a Lead Store Associate for several months and worked my way to becoming an Assistant Store Manager. Stayed in that position for a little over two years.

At Aldi, management is responsible for making sure every sector of the store meets zone standards (full, fresh, neat, signed, clean) as well as guiding employees development and administrative work. From my almost 6 years with the company I have plenty of experience with:
