At this job, I am currently a Lead Teacher in the Preschool Room at the Child Development Center.

I create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.

Track behavior and progress monitoring. Supervise three other associate teachers in my classroom.

Develop parent teacher conferences, work on NAEYC and individual child portfolios, and child observations based on different areas of development.
